Welcome to the Cozy Hibernation Station, a newly remodeled 850 Square foot house close to Downtown Chickasha! Amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, granite countertops, coffee maker and everything you need to cook a meal. There is a futon in the living room and an electric queen size air mattress to easily accommodate a family of 4-6 people. The bedroom has a Mathis Brothers pillow-top queen mattress. The laundry room has a brand new LG washer and dryer set with quick wash cycles. The house is equipped with fiber high speed wifi internet around (150-200MB) and a Roku TV that allows our travelers to login to their favorite streaming apps. We provide Netflix and Youtube TV accounts.

Continently located in downtown Chickasha close to the fairgrounds, baseball fields, the Grady County Hospital and close to tons of boutique shops and restaurants including BJ's, Canadian River Brewery, Interurban, J&W Grill, Viridian Coffee & Mama Carols. Easy access to anything in Chickasha!

This property is 100% contactless check in. Once you complete the booking we will send you the house manual and door code so you can check-in at your convenience anytime after 4pm.

We require a credit card on file for a security deposit / incidentals for all bookings at our property. We place a credit hold of $300 two days before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 2 days of departure as long as our house rules are honored and there is no damage to the property.
